About Shockwave Investigations
Investigator's Background, Experience and Qualifications
Shockwave Investigations is owned and operated by Jay Titen, who has an extensive law enforcement background with over 15 years of experience working in both Florida and Colorado. Jay worked as a patrol officer and deputy, undercover vice and narcotics detective, SWAT team member, certified firearms instructor, tactical medic, crisis intervention team member and property crimes detective. During his time in law enforcement, Jay attended a large amount of specialty training courses and became a Florida and Colorado state certified instructor in narcotics investigations and firearms training.
After leaving law enforcement and starting a private investigation agency, Jay has specialized in criminal defense investigations, missing persons cases and process serve. Shockwave Investigations has been the court appointed investigator for many homicide cases in the Tampa Bay area and has assisted several law enforcement agencies with missing person cases.
Shockwave Investigations is an active member of several private investigation and process serving associations both locally and nationally.
