We assist Criminal Defense Attorneys with their case strategies by reviewing police reports and affidavits, conducting interviews, collecting evidence, locating witnesses, serving subpoenas, mitigation reports and jail interviews. We are a Contracted Due Process Investigator with the State of Florida Justice Administrative Commission and have worked hundreds of court-appointed indigent cases including Homicides and Narcotics Trafficking cases in the Tampa Bay area.
Our Investigator is a Florida Native with over a decade of experience in Florida Criminal law.

We have documented experience with working missing person cases by reviewing police reports, conducting interviews, submitting records requests and following leads. Many times, Missing Persons cases grow cold with law enforcement, as many people choose to not talk to law enforcement. Having an outside Investigator review reports and conduct independent interviews sometimes uncover leads that law enforcement either miss or were not originally aware of.
